we will, Lord willing be submitted tomorrow to the State Department of Adoption in the Ukraine to be prospective adoptive parents. Our facilitator just got off the phone with the SDA and they confirmed they would accept our dossier tomorrow. Our translator translated all our official documents into Russian and then hand stitched the translations to our originals. He then took them to be finalized and is making the final arrangements for them to be real pretty for Submission day tomorrow.
Submission day is the biggest day in the process so far, we will now only wait for them to start giving travel dates out again..... Typically at this point we would be leaving in about 4 weeks, but with the transition going on it could be weeks or months. We are just so thankful that the Lord is bringing this to pass. Thank you for your prayers.
