Immigrations
Mike and I went this morning for fingerprints #4 and Lord willing the final before we leave. We dotting our i's and crossing our t's making sure each document is just right. We are waiting on our "golden ticket" as they call it...our approval from immigrations. We are praying we get this by Oct 1st..we shall see. Once we get that, we send all our documents (our dossier) to our facilitator in the Ukraine who will do the final translations on the documents and then submit them to the State Department there in Kiev. Once they get our dossier they will issue us an appt. date which is usually 3-4 weeks out. Thank you for your prayers!

It's getting CLOSE!! Wow, y'all sure have done lots of fingerprints! May the Lord give you much patience in these final steps :o) I know you're eager!! You and Mike are such awesome parents, Misty!!
Just watched the 'his kids too' video. Knew better! My heart is bleeding now for those orphans! Mike and Misty, this is such a noble and selfless thing y'all are attempting. I respect you deeply for your strides to make this world a welcoming place for even one of these children! May you always know God's peace in each endeavor, and always trust HIS timing even when it's taking longer than we'd like. Stay strong in your faith and love for one another. Always in our prayers.
